Network Engineering

WCBinc network engineers perform a myriad of network installations and upgrades, which include troubleshooting moderate to complex network issues. Interfacing with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance. These very experienced engineers develop and implement testing strategies and document the results. Systems Engineering

WCBinc systems engineering competency is based on sound engineering processes that span the full systems engineering lifecycle. WCBinc DCIM Teams provide full life cycle DCIM objectives of Energy, Asset, Availability, Risk, Service, Supply Chain and IT Automation Management. WCBinc Engineers manage assets from acquisition to decommissioning, assist in reducing energy costs, proactively identify pending failures, schedule recurring maintenance outages to comply with Service Level Agreements, establish compliance with DOD and IC regulations and monitor Service Requests to assist in implementation of corrective actions to ensure high availability. Additionally, WCBinc Engineers can enhance system automation for the planning and execution of infrastructure service requests, eliminating manual steps and speeding time-to-delivery.
